Why Am I Here

You are in an IP Range where people, the government, internet service provider, companies, or corporations perform undesired activities that brake rules of conduct on the internet.
Such rules can include Probing, E-mail Harvesting for spamming, stealing copyrighted website content, data mining, etc.
If you are using the same internet service provider that does nothing to stop the above mentioned behaviour, the ip range that you might happen to be in will either be blocked or re-directed for security reasons.
Certain website administrators also block and re-direct bad user agents, which could include the iPhone's odd ability to fetch mp3 files without referrer (which does not make sense, and looks illicit), or a parasitic toolbar has been installed on your computer that identifies itself in your user agent string (it's part of your browser, and it's up to no good). Those are some examples.

Website administrators have every right to block and re-direct the things they perceive as bad, unwanted, malicious, dangerous, suspicious behaviour, etc. You might just happen to be an innocent user, who may not be aware of the above mentioned, and you have most likely not been re-directed on purpose. If you are unaware of the above mentioned activities, lightly said you might as well be innocent of them, you should not be blocked along with those who are responsible for braking rules, regulations and internet guidelines.

Sadly, the truth so happens to be that you are here. I can not help you solve this problem because you wont listen to me when i tell you to use one or both of the following browsers, Opera or K Melon.

You can also start to read and learn (but you most likely wont do that), to teach yourself, of the things you know very little about, in a positive manner, where no man, woman, or child is harmed in any way due to your quest for knowledge (i doubt you will do this either), understanding (you'll misunderstand), and wisdom (you might lose some wisdom).

After the questing for knowledge, you must not do harm to any single person, for doing so will only harm you, you will harm yourself (you are most likely to continue harming yourself, thus my advice is almost at an end).
